Inspections during Covid-19

Auctions and open homes can take place under the following settings:

  • no density limit for how many people can inspect a home for sale or lease.
  • no vaccination requirements for agents or buyers attending open homes, however some agents and owners may choose to require people to be fully vaccinated as a condition of entry.
  • People no longer need to check-in when inspecting a home.

 

Wearing a face mask is still mandatory in some settings.

What are Whitehaus® Real Estate doing to mitigate the risk of exposure the Coronavirus during inspections?

All our sales agents are exercising the utmost care when it comes to hygiene, social distancing practices and Government regulations when hosting private and open inspections of unoccupied properties.

 

The following procedures have been put executed:

  • Advising attendees to refrain from touching surfaces within the property where possible
  • Attendees to wear a face mask

 

Please wear a face mask when attending open homes and we request buyers refrain from attending an inspection of an unoccupied property if they have:

  • Tested positive to, or have symptoms associated with Coronavirus
  • Recently been in close contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus
  • Recently been overseas or agreed to any self-isolation conditions
